We Work for You — Not an Insurance Company
Our clients aren't looking for a salesperson. They're looking for someone who will take the time to understand their situation, explain their options clearly, and help them make decisions they can feel confident in. That's the standard we hold ourselves to at Seniors Financial Solutions.
How Seniors Financial Solutions Came to Be
Chris Hajjar founded Seniors Financial Solutions after more than a decade working closely with retirees and pre-retirees across Metro Detroit. What began as a focus on Medicare guidance grew into something broader — because clients kept coming back with questions about Social Security, retirement income, estate planning, and long-term care. The need was clear: families deserved one trusted resource who could coordinate all of it.
Licensed since 2010, Chris built the agency on a straightforward premise: people deserve independent guidance that reflects their goals, not a carrier's product quota. Today, Seniors Financial Solutions operates as a fully independent agency with a team of four to five licensed advisors, serving clients in Farmington Hills, across Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, and Genesee Counties, and in licensed states including Nevada, Alabama, and Florida.
Chris is also a family man — and that perspective shapes every client relationship. He understands what's at stake when a family is planning for retirement, because he's navigating the same questions alongside his own.

Independent Advice Means We Represent You
Seniors Financial Solutions holds no exclusive contracts with any single insurance carrier. When we recommend a product or a plan, we've evaluated the available options in the market and selected what fits your situation — not what a company is pushing us to sell.
That independence extends to how we structure our process. We begin every relationship with a conversation, not a pitch. We ask questions, review what you already have in place, and help you understand where the gaps are before any recommendations are made.

Credentials That Back Up Every Recommendation
Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA)
The RSSA designation is one of the most rigorous credentials available in Social Security planning. It means Chris has completed advanced training in Social Security rules, filing strategies, spousal and survivor benefits, and the interaction between Social Security and other retirement income. For clients, it means every Social Security recommendation is grounded in analysis — not a guess.
Financial Security Navigator
This credential reflects training in comprehensive retirement planning, with an emphasis on coordinating income, insurance, and asset strategies across a client's full financial picture. A Financial Security Navigator is equipped to help clients move through retirement with a plan that accounts for the unexpected — not just the ideal scenario.
AMDA Disability Advocate
The AMDA Disability Advocate designation reflects specialized knowledge in disability and long-term care planning. This credential is particularly relevant for clients who want to plan for the possibility of a health event that limits their independence — and who want to understand their options before a crisis forces the decision.
A Direct, Personal Working Relationship
We believe financial success isn’t about timing the market—it’s about understanding it, preparing for it, and staying the course.
In every season (growth, challenge, or transition), Paul is there to help you navigate confidently and stay on solid ground.

Financial Planning Explained in Your Language
We serve clients in English, Arabic, and Spanish. For many families, financial planning involves concepts that are already complex — and navigating them in a second language adds an unnecessary barrier. Our multilingual team removes that barrier, so every client can ask questions, understand the answers, and make decisions with full clarity.
Education Before Everything Else
Our education-first approach isn't a tagline — it's the reason we run nonprofit workshops on Social Security and retirement taxation throughout Metro Detroit. These workshops are open to the public and carry no sales obligation. We offer them because we believe people make better decisions when they understand the landscape, and because the trust that comes from genuine education is worth more than any single transaction.
If you've attended one of our workshops, you already know what to expect from us. If you haven't, the same philosophy guides every client meeting.
